Women is it normal to experience hemorrhoids during your peroid?

I don't have any of the other syptoms people are talking about like pain, bleeding, etc. The only problem I have is constipation from the hemorrhoids.

I am 23 weeks pregnant and I have noticed that I have 2 little hemorrhoids, they don't hurt or bleed. But I hate them, I developed them during pregnancy due to constipation. I am so worried I want to get rid of them so bad! Is there any medicine i can use to get rid of them? Help!

I've had the rather embarrassing problem of external hemorrhoids for about 6 weeks now, first time ever. I've tried every home remedy under the sun, and over the counter medication. I recently discovered Fargelin and acupuncture to treat the problem and have been taking the Fargelin for about 5 days. If anyone has ever taken this I'd very much love to know if it was effective and if so, how long it took. Only serious answers please, and thank you!
